Memorial/ Honorarium Donations

Kountze Public Library invites you to consider donating money to its Book Fund as a meaningful way to remember a person, group, occasion, or milestone. Your contributions help us to provide quality books in a variety of genres. For a donation of $25 or more, the library will purchase a book and place a donor label inside it. An acknowledgement card will be mailed to the person you have honored or to the family of a deceased loved one being remembered with a memorial donation.
Memorial forms may be printed online (see link at left) or picked up at the library. Your donations are encouraged and appreciated.
